Dr. Morton Barr, President and Chairman of the Board, Jewish Interest Free Loan of Atlanta. Dr. Barr is a former Executive Director of Congregation Beth Jacob and has been an active member of Jewish communities for over 25 years, serving as president of two synagogues and Chairman of NCSY’s Lay Youth Commission in New Jersey. He is retired from Colgate Palmolive as Director of Technology where he directed consumer product research and was also engaged in international regulatory and government affairs.
