Hallie and Liz Segal are sisters who spent years at Jewish summer camp as campers and counselors, starting with Hallie's first summer as a camper in 1966 through Liz's last year as assistant director in 1985. They learned songs in Hebrew and English, starting with the political events of the 60's and the Zionist sentiments of post Six Day War, through the NFTY song explosion that brought singing from camps to synagogues. After several years at Limmud and a lot of talk, the time has come to actually pull out the guitar and share some camp ruach.
