Sam is at Limmud SE + Atlanta this year because her partner Natalie and their son Eden came last year and she has never heard the end of how wonderful it was. She is the proud Mummy of Eden (5) and Blu (3), who have already been to numerous Limmuds and are keen volunteers. Sam is an optometrist specialising in caring for patients with dementia. Having been raised in a tradtional Orthodox community and B'nei Akiva, she is now an active member of a traditional egalitarian community and particularly enjoys her work teaching girls to layen for their Bat Mitzvah.
